Anne D. Bartolo is a Peoria native, graduating from Bradley University and earning her law degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1996 following a ten-year career in non-profit development.
Anne focuses her practies on adoption, guardianship, and estate planning and administration for families and individuals. In addition, Anne has served throughout her career as Guardian ad Litem for children and disabled adults in probate and adoption matter and as Court-Appointed Independent Counsel.
She has been certified as Supreme Court Rule 900 Guardian ad Litem since 2008 and serves in the capacity for children contested custody matters and in Peoria County's Juvenile Abuse and Neglect Court. In 2017, Anne was appointed to serve on the inaugeral Guardian ad Litem Education Committee of the Supreme Court of Illinois Judicial College.
Anne is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the National Association of Children's Counsel (NACC), and the National Assocation of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
